Privacy notice

Last updated 25 September 2026. This notice explains how 800masterrenovations.com handles project enquiries and routine website delivery data. The site does not currently include analytics, advertising, payments, accounts or newsletter registration.

Information submitted with a project enquiry

When you use the project enquiry form, the website collects the name, phone number, selected service, Dubai area or building, project description and source page that you submit. A submission time and reference number are added so the business can identify and respond to the enquiry.

Do not submit identity documents, payment details, health information or other sensitive information through the initial project enquiry form.

How a project enquiry is delivered and used

The submitted details are sent through the Telegram Bot API to the private Telegram chat used by the 800 Master Renovations team for website enquiries. Telegram therefore acts as a service provider in the delivery route and may process the submitted data under its own infrastructure and terms.

The business uses the submitted details to understand the requested work, contact the enquirer and prepare the next scope conversation. Submitting the form does not create a booking, quotation or project agreement.

Hosting and technical logs

Cloudflare and other hosting or security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security signals to deliver the site, reject invalid submissions and limit repeated requests. The website does not publish a specific technical-log retention period.

Other website features

Calling the displayed phone number uses your device and telecommunications provider. Opening Google Maps, an authority website or another external link places you under that provider’s own privacy practices. The website does not currently provide a user account, payment facility, analytics, advertising or newsletter sign-up.

Any future analytics tool, advertising tag, call-tracking service, embedded map, customer platform or additional recipient requires a new review of this notice and the applicable controls.

  • Identify each service and data recipient
  • State the purpose and applicable legal basis
  • Set and document retention and deletion rules
  • Provide appropriate choices and contact routes
  • Review cross-border processing and vendor terms where relevant

Retention and requests

Project enquiries remain in the business Telegram workspace until they are reviewed or deleted under the business’s internal process. A fixed public retention period has not been stated. The business should keep enquiry data only as long as it is needed for the enquiry, legal obligations or an agreed project relationship.

To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through the form, contact the business using the published phone number and identify the enquiry sufficiently for the team to locate it.
